Terms of Service(Required)By submitting this request, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Communication plan requests will be reviewed by a member of our the Enterprise Resources and Planning team. Please permit at least 24 working hours for your request to be processed and assigned to one of our developers. Upon receiving your request, you may be contacted for additional information or clarification which may extend the time needed to build your communication plan. Additional setup time may be necessary if it is determined your request requires external data not currently present in CRM Advise. The assigned developer may make necessary modifications to message content and timing based on the capabilities of CRM Advise and to keep communications in line with the University of Bridgeport style guide. Any adjustments made by the developer will be communicated via email prior to the requested start of the plan. All changes to the timing and/or content of any communication activity by the requesting department must be made by email to the developer assigned to your request. Modification requests made after the communication plan has launched cannot include activities scheduled to be distributed on the same calendar day as the submission of the modification request.
