Course Schedule Submission Form

Directors or lead designee, use this form to provide EDITS to your department’s previously submitted course schedule. Course schedules edits are to be submitted by deadline date. No changes will be made to the submitted course schedule beyond one week prior to the start of the registration period, with the exception the following; of change of instructor, classroom location or capacity (seats) increase, new section based on enrollment increase, special circumstance, such as new course grant approval.
