Set-up:
Check-in will start at 8:30 am at the Check-in table located at the Field House of the Wheeler Recreation Center.
Space Assignment:Exhibitors will be notified of their assigned space at sign-in, the morning of the event. Please be completely set up by 10:00 am. Assigned spaces cannot be changed, transferred or sold. Table assignment is at the discretion of the event coordinators. Exhibitor table space is for the sole use of the business listed on the application and cannot be shared or transferred to another organization/business without written permission from event coordinators. Table spaces have been assigned in advance, to balance the exhibitors to the best of our ability— as such, we will not have an opportunity to move pre-assigned tables.
If you requested in advance for access to an electrical hook up, please bring a heavy-duty extension cord. We are unable accommodate last minute requests for electrical access.
All tables, chairs, displays or equipment must have rubber or felt feet so as not to damage the floors of the facility. Absolutely no signage can be taped or tacked to the walls.
The expectation is that all exhibits will remain set up until 2 pm —the advertised closing time. Breaking down of tables early is not permitted.
Each exhibitor is responsible for the cleanup of his or her assigned space.
Parking (See map):
Parking is free. Exhibitors can
temporarily unload along the driveway, and then move your vehicle to the parking areas.
In addition to street parking, parking for exhibitors and attendees is available at the Arnold Berhard Arts & Humanities Center and Cortright Hall (B3 on map).
